DCPD RTM Resin
Description
R200I series is formulated from a DCPD-based unsaturated polyester resin combined with performance additives, specifically designed for closed-molding processes such as RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) and vacuum infusion.
This resin provides reliable handling, consistent gel time control, and uniform laminate consolidation, while helping to achieve a smooth and consistent surface finish.

- Controlled gel time and curing behavior
- Low shrinkage for improved laminate surface appearance
- Lower exotherm for better curing control and reduced print-through

- Balanced mechanical performance for general-purpose composite parts
- Good bonding between laminate layers
- Suitable for pigmenting and gelcoat lamination
Primary Applications:
R200I series is recommended for the manufacturing of composite parts using RTM or infusion processes, particularly where a uniform surface finish and consistent laminate quality are required.
